整體體驗不錯，樓下夠靜唔擾民，附近港鐵站約5分鐘步行，室內通風唔焗。下次會提前確認時段。

Arrived on time and was met politely — building was quiet during the visit, and soundproofing was better than expected, the room was clean and well kept. A fair and pleasant visit overall.
