Purpose
141HK is a Hong Kong directory covering the 141 / 一樓一鳳 niche. Editorial content under /info/ exists to inform readers about district context, safety practices, HK legal framework, and community etiquette — never to promote, advertise, or drive direct demand for any specific listing.
Authorship
Every published article carries a named editorial byline. Authors are members of the 141HK editorial team with biographical profiles rendered as Schema.org Person blocks on every article page. We do not publish anonymous editorial content.
Fact-checking
Drafts are reviewed against primary sources before publication. Where claims touch HK legal frameworks (Cap. 200 Crimes Ordinance § 137 / Cap. 227 / Cap. 528 / Cap. 579 / Cap. 390), we cite the controlling ordinance or judgement. Where claims rely on public-health data, we cite HK Department of Health, Centre for Health Protection, or WHO Western Pacific publications. Articles that cannot meet this standard are rejected and returned to the author.
Corrections
When a published article contains an error of fact, we issue a dated correction at the foot of the article and update the relevant passage in place. The article’s original publication date is preserved; the modification date is updated and surfaced in the article’s metadata.
Stable URLs
We do not rename article URLs after publication. If an article must be retired, we archive it (removed from public listings and the sitemap) but the URL continues to resolve for as long as the platform exists.
Content boundaries
We do not publish content that promotes or depicts the exploitation of minors (Cap. 579 Prevention of Child Pornography Ordinance), human trafficking, or non-consensual activity of any kind. We do not publish drug-promotion content. Harm-reduction articles are welcome where sourced from public-health bodies and presented in educational context.
Reviews and editorial seeds
Where the platform displays editorial-team review summaries (composed from publicly-available sources during the site’s bootstrap phase), each such entry is clearly badged “Editorial summary · Composed by 141HK editors from public sources” and rendered in an amber plashka in the public reviews list, distinguishing it from organic user-generated reviews.
Conflicts of interest
Authors disclose paid relationships with any party named in an article. Editorial content is never sponsored; listing tiers, boosts, and paid placement are strictly separated from editorial coverage.
