About us
Who we are
141HK is Hong Kong's definitive 141 / one-room (一樓一鳳) directory. The catalogue covers Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei, Jordan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and the other major districts, with listings across one-room, upstairs massage, outcall, sauna, spa and Thai-massage service types. The site is run by a local editorial team. It is independent of any agency, aggregator, platform or so-called "141 family". If you arrived via search terms like 141sex, sex161, miss148 or new161, this is the destination.
What we do
We publish listings from providers working independently across Hong Kong. Every listing passes through a two-step verification before it goes live:
First, a photo check — the uploaded images run through a watermark and perceptual-hash pipeline to detect scraped stock photos.
Second, a manual identity-document review — the ID is looked at by an editorial team member before the profile flips public.
Profiles that don't pass both steps don't get the "Verified" badge, and the state is visibly marked in the catalogue.
What we don't do
We are not an agency. We don't make bookings on behalf of clients. We don't take a commission on individual transactions and we don't take referral fees. 141HK is a discovery-and-comparison directory — the booking itself, the pricing and the timing are worked out directly between the client and the provider.
Hong Kong legal framework
In Hong Kong, sex between consenting adults for money is not criminal. A single self-contained unit hosting one sex worker aged 16 or above who is operating voluntarily is lawful — commonly called "one-room" (一樓一鳳). 141HK applies a stricter policy: we only accept providers aged 21 or older with valid ID and voluntary operation.
Two or more workers on the same premises crosses the line into a "vice establishment" (brothel) under section 139 of the Crimes Ordinance. That is criminal. Soliciting in public, keeping a vice establishment and living on the earnings of another person's prostitution are all criminal offences. 141HK refuses to list any profile involved in that pattern.
If you suspect a profile involves an under-age person, coerced work or trafficking, call the Hong Kong Police on 999.
Verification and moderation
Verification is not a self-set flag. Photos are compared against uploaded ID via a perceptual-hash pipeline. Identity documents are reviewed by a human editor. When the first pass raises doubt, we run a second check before publication. In the months since launch we have declined applications where the age documentation was ambiguous — that experience is encoded in the current onboarding.
Privacy and PDPO
141HK collects the minimum personal data required to run the service. Visitors can browse the entire catalogue anonymously — no account is required. Registered users can request account deletion at any time via the settings panel; we execute within 30 days, subject to legally mandated retention windows. We do not sell provider contact details to third parties.

What this page doesn't cover
We don't comment on individual bookings, prices or availability — that information lives on each profile. We don't offer relationship advice, sexual-health medical guidance or legal advice on individual cases. For sexual-health information the Centre for Health Protection is the local reference. For sex worker rights support, local NGOs including Zi Teng and Ziteng Blue provide direct services.
