1. 香港成人內容法定年齡 · HK age threshold

香港成人內容的法定最低年齡為 十八（18）歲。本平台列出的所有資料均為成人性質，只供成年人士參考。

The age of majority for adult content in Hong Kong is 18. All material on this platform is adult- oriented and intended for adults only.

2. 年齡確認 · Age attestation

本平台採用自我聲明制，並於 根目錄 layout 於伺服器端渲染 全屏年齡確認遮罩。實際生效的控制措施如下：

We operate a self-attestation model with an SSR-shipped root-layout overlay. The controls actually in place are:

伺服器端渲染的年齡確認遮罩。 未持 age_verified cookie 的訪客於首個字節（first byte）即會收到已渲染於 HTML 內的全屏遮罩，覆蓋於底層網頁之上。底層 HTML 本身照樣送出（保留 SEO 可索引性），但其父容器帶有 inert 與 aria-hidden="true" 屬性，屏幕閱讀器會跳過、鍵盤 Tab 停留於遮罩內、指標事件被瀏覽器抑制。點擊「我已滿 18 歲 — 繼續」會經由 Server Action 寫入 age_verified=1 cookie（有效 30 日、SameSite=Lax、生產環境為 Secure）。
SSR-shipped age-gate overlay. A visitor without the age_verified cookie receives a full-viewport overlay rendered directly into the HTML in the first byte, layered on top of the real page. The underlying HTML still ships (SEO indexability preserved) but its parent wrapper carries inert and aria-hidden="true": screen readers skip it, keyboard tab-nav stops at the overlay CTA, and pointer events are suppressed by browser inert semantics. Clicking “I am 18 or older — Continue” submits a Server Action which writes an age_verified=1 cookie (30-day max-age, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production).
可審核出生日期表單。 經頁尾「18+ 年齡驗證」連結或遮罩內的 sub-link 進入 /age-gate 頁面，可提交真實出生日期（日／月／年三個可見下拉選單）作年齡聲明。伺服器端會即時計算是否已達 18 歲門檻；通過後同樣寫入 age_verified cookie。出生日期並不會持續儲存於任何位置——不會寫入資料庫、不會編入 cookie 值（cookie 值恆為字面 "1"）、不會寫入日誌，於 Server Action 執行完畢即丟棄（PDPO 第 4 條資料最小化原則）。
Auditable DOB attestation form.Reached via the footer “18+ 年齡驗證” link or the overlay's sub-link, the /age-gate page collects a real date of birth via three visible day/month/year <select> inputs. Server-side validation enforces the 18-year threshold in real time; on success the same age_verified cookie is written. The date of birth is NEVER persisted anywhere — no database write, no encoding in the cookie value (which is the literal string "1"), no log emission — the DOB goes out of scope at the end of the Server Action call (PDPO §4 data-minimisation).
不作 User-Agent 分流。 本平台不會依據瀏覽器身份（人類 vs 搜尋引擎爬蟲）對同一網址傳送不同回應，亦不會對持有「Googlebot / Bingbot / GPTBot / Applebot」等 User-Agent 字串的請求作 gate 豁免。理由：User-Agent 由客戶端自行送出、可任意偽造；而以反向 DNS 驗證每個請求，對於香港司法管轄區的風險評估並無實質補強。若日後為 SEO 需要提供爬蟲預覽，將以 UA-independent 的「About」預覽路由方式提供，而非倚賴 UA 嗅探。
No user-agent branching. The platform does not serve different responses to humans and search-engine crawlers at the same URL, and does not exempt any request from the gate on the basis of a UA header substring (Googlebot / Bingbot / GPTBot / Applebot etc). Rationale: User-Agent is caller-controlled and trivially spoofable; reverse-DNS verification on every request is overkill for the HK jurisdiction risk posture. If we later want SEO through the gate, we will serve a non-adult “About” preview route to any requester (UA-independent), never via UA sniffing.
營運方 kill-switch。 環境變數 NEXT_PUBLIC_AGE_GATE_ENABLED 預設為 true——內容默認被 gate。若營運方於 Cap. 390 覆檢過程中需要即時將 gate 移除，將該變數翻為 false 或 0 即可於單次部署內取消全站 gate（此舉之下營運方將直接承擔法律責任）。
Operator kill-switch. Environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_AGE_GATE_ENABLED defaults to true — content is gated unless the operator has actively disabled it. Flipping it to false or 0 lifts the gate site-wide within a single deploy as a Cap. 390 review escape hatch (the operator carries the resulting liability if the flag is flipped).
不上傳身份文件、不作生物識別。 蓄意作出虛假聲明的責任由用戶自負，詳見使用條款第 3 條及第 4 條。
No ID upload, no biometric verification. Consequences of deliberately false attestation are at the user's own risk — see Terms clauses 3 & 4.

3. 自我聲明制 · Self-attestation model

本平台採用 自我聲明制 — 並不要求上傳身份證明文件，亦不作生物識別。蓄意作出虛假聲明的後果由用戶自負（請參閱使用條款第 3 條）。

We operate a self-attestation model— no ID upload, no biometric check. Consequences of false attestation are at the user's own risk (see Terms, clause 3).

4. 家長控制資源 · Parental controls

如需阻止家中未成年人士訪問本類內容，請使用作業系統自帶的家長控制功能（macOS Screen Time、Windows Family Safety、iOS Screen Time、 Android Family Link）或第三方家長過濾軟件（如 Net Nanny、Qustodio）。

To block minors from accessing this category of content, use built-in parental controls (macOS Screen Time, Windows Family Safety, iOS Screen Time, Android Family Link) or third-party filtering software (Net Nanny, Qustodio).

5. 舉報疑似未成年內容 · Reporting suspected minors

如懷疑本平台任何條目涉及未成年人士，請即時：

透過 /report 提交舉報（CSAM 類別會立即暫停條目並轉交人手覆核），及
致電 香港警務處（22-777-7777）， 24 小時開放。

If you suspect any listing on the platform involves a minor, immediately (i) submit a report via /report — the CSAM category triggers immediate suspension pending review; and (ii) call the Hong Kong Police Force on 22-777-7777 (24/7).

6. 年齡驗證與記錄 · Age-verification records

就所有已刊登條目及圖片所涉人士的年齡驗證及記錄保存，本平台的合規聲明見 /legal/2257（香港《防止兒童色情物品條例》第 579 章及《淫褻及不雅物品管制條例》第 390 章）。
