What to include

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. Identification of the material to be removed (URL).
  3. Your contact information (full name, address, telephone number, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant; absent a court order, the content may be restored after 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers

The platform terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
