1. 平台身分 · Platform identity

141HK（網址 hk-141sex.com）是香港 141 / 一樓一鳳 行業的編輯目錄平台。所有資料條目由本平台編輯團隊挑選及整理， 並非用戶自助刊登。本平台僅提供資料索引，並不直接提供任何性服務。

141HK (hk-141sex.com) is an editorial directoryof the Hong Kong 141 / 一樓一鳳 sector. All listings are selected and curated by the platform's editorial team — this is not a self-publishing marketplace. The platform indexes information; it does not itself provide any service.

2. 適用法律及司法管轄 · Governing law & jurisdiction

本條款受 香港特別行政區 法律管轄。任何由本條款引起或 與之相關的爭議，須提交香港法院專屬管轄。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

3. 使用資格 · Eligibility

用戶必須年滿 十八歲（18 歲）。本平台於根 layout 設有伺服器端渲染的年齡確認遮罩：未持 age_verified cookie 的訪客會於首個字節收到全屏遮罩， 點擊「我已滿 18 歲 — 繼續」即透過 Server Action 寫入 30 日 cookie； 底層 HTML 雖有渲染（保留 SEO 可索引性），但被 inert 與 aria-hidden 包住，屏幕閱讀器、鍵盤 Tab、指標事件 均被阻斷。此外可經頁尾「18+ 年齡驗證」連結或遮罩內的 sub-link 進入 /age-gate，以真實出生日期作可審核之年齡聲明（伺服器端驗證是否 ≥ 18 歲； 出生日期不會儲存於任何位置，PDPO 第 4 條資料最小化）。本平台不會依據 User-Agent 對搜尋引擎爬蟲作 gate 豁免 （UA 可任意偽造）；亦不上傳身份文件、不作生物識別。 營運方可以環境變數 NEXT_PUBLIC_AGE_GATE_ENABLED 於單次部署內取消 gate（此舉之下營運方將直接承擔法律責任）。 完整控制措施詳見 /legal/18-plus 第 2 節。蓄意作出虛假聲明，可能於你所屬司法管轄區構成欺詐或 違法行為。

Users must be at least 18 years of age. The platform enforces an SSR-shipped root-layout age-gate overlay: visitors without the age_verifiedcookie receive the full-viewport overlay in the first byte, and clicking “I am 18 or older — Continue” triggers a Server Action which writes a 30-day cookie. The underlying HTML is still rendered (SEO indexability preserved) but wrapped in inert + aria-hidden so screen readers, keyboard tab-nav, and pointer events all respect the gate. In addition, an auditable date-of-birth attestation form lives at /age-gate (reachable from the footer “18+ 年齡驗證” link or the overlay's sub-link) — the DOB is validated server-side against the 18-year threshold and never persisted anywhere (PDPO §4 data- minimisation). The platform does not exempt any request from the gate on the basis of a User-Agent header (UA is trivially spoofable), and does not require ID upload or biometric verification. The operator MAY lift the gate site-wide within a single deploy by setting NEXT_PUBLIC_AGE_GATE_ENABLED=false (operator liability if flipped). Full controls documented at /legal/18-plus, section 2. Deliberately false attestation may constitute fraud or an offence in your jurisdiction.

4. 用戶責任 · User obligations

用戶不得：（一）冒充他人；（二）發布他人個人資料而未經其同意（即「起底」， 請參閱《個人資料（私隱）條例》第 35E 條及本平台私隱政策）；（三）發布、傳送或試圖獲取任何兒童性虐待材料（CSAM） — 本平台採取 零容忍政策，所有相關內容會立即下架， 並通報 香港警務處（22-777-7777） 及相關國際機構。

Users must not (i) impersonate any person; (ii) disclose another person's personal data without consent (doxxing — see Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance §35E and our Privacy Notice); (iii) post, transmit or attempt to obtain any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance: such content is removed immediately and reported to the Hong Kong Police Force (22-777-7777) and the relevant international authorities.

5. 平台角色：編輯，不是市集 · Editorial, not marketplace

本平台是編輯目錄，並非自助發布市集。所有條目均由編輯團隊根據公開資料、 行業情報及線報整理。用戶無法自行刊登或編輯條目。

The platform is an editorial directory, not a self-publishing marketplace. All entries are compiled by the editorial team from public information, industry intelligence, and tip-offs. Users cannot publish or edit listings themselves.

6. 資料準確性與舉報 · Accuracy & reporting

由於用戶無法自行編輯條目，如發現條目資料不準確、過時、冒充、或涉及非法， 請使用 /report 舉報表格。涉及 CSAM 的舉報會即時觸發條目暫停，並交由人手覆核。

Because users cannot self-edit listings, if you find a listing that is inaccurate, out-of-date, impersonating, or illegal, use the /report form. CSAM-categorised reports trigger immediate suspension pending administrator review.

7. 終止 · Termination

本平台保留 編輯酌情權，可隨時移除任何條目或拒絕任何 訪問，無須事先通知，亦無須說明理由。

The platform reserves editorial discretion to remove any listing or deny any access at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.

8. 版權投訴 · Copyright takedown

就涉嫌侵犯版權的內容，本平台根據香港《版權條例》（第 528 章） 第 88A–88H 條的安全港機制處理下架通知及反通知。詳情請參閱 /legal/dmca。

Alleged copyright infringement is handled under the safe-harbour mechanism of the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), §§ 88A–88H (takedown notice / counter-notice). See /legal/dmca.

9. 責任限制 · Limitation of liability

本平台以「現狀」提供，並不就任何特定用途、準確性或可用性作出保證。 在法律容許的最大範圍內，本平台不就任何間接、附帶、特殊、相應或懲罰性 損害負責。

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness, accuracy or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

10. 條款修訂 · Amendments

本平台可不時更新本條款。重大變動會於本頁面顯示新版本號及生效日期。 於更新生效後繼續使用本平台，即代表你接受新版本條款。本頁面歷史版本 可向 legal@hk-141sex.com 索取。

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Historical versions are available on request from legal@hk-141sex.com.

11. 可分割性 · Severability

如本條款任何條文被有司法管轄權的法院裁定為無效或不可執行， 其餘條文仍具完全效力。

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
