位置算便利，樓下夠靜唔擾民，樓宇相對清靜唔多嘈，附近港鐵站約5分鐘步行。可以推薦俾朋友。

Arrived on time and was met politely — the room was clean and well kept, soundproofing was better than expected, and shower facilities were in good condition. A positive note for first-timers.
