入場感覺整齊舒服，樓下夠靜唔擾民，環境保持整潔，基本配套都跟得上。會記低呢間留意之後安排。

Arrived on time and was met politely — shower facilities were in good condition, corridor and entrance felt private, and soundproofing was better than expected. Will note this venue for future reference.
