私隱政策 Privacy Notice

1. 適用法律 · Applicable law

本政策由 香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（個人資料(私隱) 條例，Cap. 486，下稱「PDPO」）管轄。資料主體（即你）受 PDPO 第 18 至 22 條保障。

This Notice is governed by the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance(Cap. 486, “PDPO”). Data subjects (you) are protected by §§18-22 of the PDPO.

2. 「起底」零容忍 · §35E doxxing prohibition

本平台 嚴禁起底 — 即在未經當事人同意下，發布、轉發、或傳閱其個人資料，意圖造成滋擾或傷害。此類行為違反 PDPO第 35E 條（《2021 年個人資料（私隱）（修訂）條例》），可被判處罰款及監禁。

如懷疑本平台條目涉及起底，請即時透過 /report 舉報，本平台會優先處理，並於確認後通報香港個人資料私隱專員公署（PCPD）。

The platform strictly prohibits doxxing— the disclosure of a person's personal data without consent with intent to cause harassment or harm. Such conduct contravenes PDPO §35E (Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2021) and may carry a fine and imprisonment. Report suspected doxxing via /report; we prioritise these reports and, on confirmation, refer them to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).

3. 資料控制者 · Data controller

資料控制者為 141HK 編輯團隊（hk-141sex.com）。資料保護主任 / Data Protection Officer 的聯絡電郵： dpo@hk-141sex.com。基於本平台行業性質，本團隊以電郵作為主要聯絡渠道；如需正式法律送達地址，請先以 legal@hk-141sex.com 聯絡，本團隊會回覆指定地址。

The data controller is the 141HK editorial team (hk-141sex.com). Data Protection Officer: dpo@hk-141sex.com. Given the nature of this sector, the editorial team uses email as the primary contact channel; for formal service of legal process, contact legal@hk-141sex.com first and we will reply with a designated address.

4. 收集資料的範圍 · Data we collect

帳戶資料：電郵、雜湊密碼、可選顯示名稱、角色、時間戳。
Account data: email, hashed password, optional display name, role, timestamps.
編輯資料：條目內容由編輯團隊管理，並非用戶提供。
Listing data is editorial — curated by staff, not supplied by users.
技術資料：IP 位址（防濫用速率限制）、user-agent、請求時間、session cookies。
Technical data: IP (rate-limit/abuse defence), user-agent, request timestamps, session cookies.
舉報資料：透過 /report 提交的訊息（可選匿名）。
Report data: messages submitted via /report (optionally anonymous).

6. 分析及追蹤 · Analytics

本平台預設 不啟用 第三方分析服務。如管理員於後台設定 Google Analytics ID，相關 cookie 屬 cookie 橫額所列的「分析」類別，只有在用戶於橫額同意後才會啟用。

Third-party analytics are off by default. If an administrator configures a Google Analytics ID via the panel settings, the relevant cookies fall under the “Analytics” category on our consent banner and only fire after explicit opt-in.

7. 你的權利（PDPO §18-§22） · Your rights

查閱權（§18-§20）— 索取本平台持有關於你的個人資料的副本。
Right of access (§§18-20) — request a copy of your personal data.
更正權（§22）— 更正不準確的資料。
Right of correction (§22) — correct inaccurate data.
刪除權 — 即使 PDPO 並無明文「遺忘權」條款，本平台仍接受刪除請求，並於 30 天內處理（除非涉及法律保留責任）。
Erasure — although the PDPO has no explicit “right to be forgotten” clause, we accept deletion requests and process them within 30 days unless legal-hold obligations apply.

行使任何權利，請透過 /contact 頁面標示的電郵聯絡。將來會推出帳戶內自助 DSAR 功能。

To exercise any of these rights, use the email listed on the /contact page. An in-account self-serve DSAR flow is planned.

8. 資料保留 · Retention

帳戶資料於用戶提出刪除請求時刪除；如帳戶停用超過 24 個月，本平台會主動刪除。備份按標準滾動保留週期過期。

Account data is deleted on user request or after 24 months of inactivity. Backups expire on a standard rolling retention cycle.

9. 資料寄存及跨境傳輸 · Hosting & international transfers

應用程式伺服器寄存於歐洲（俄羅斯/烏克蘭以外地區），由具備 ISO 27001 認證的資料中心託管。為 CDN 邊緣加速使用 Cloudflare 全球節點，僅快取靜態資源（圖片、字型、CSS、JS），不快取登入狀態下的 HTML。電郵透過 Resend 經由 AWS 美國基礎設施送達；相關供應商均依 PDPO 第 33 條同等保障原則處理。

Application servers are hosted in Europe (outside Russia and Ukraine) by an ISO 27001-certified data centre. Cloudflare's global edge network is used for static-asset CDN caching (images, fonts, CSS, JS); authenticated HTML is never cached. Transactional email is delivered via Resend on AWS US infrastructure. All processors operate under equivalent- protection obligations consistent with PDPO §33.

10. 兒童 · Children

本平台只供 18 歲或以上人士 使用，不會故意收集任何未成年人士的資料。任何懷疑涉及未成年人士的內容，請即時透過 /report 或致電香港警務處（22-777-7777）舉報。

The platform is restricted to persons aged 18 or above; we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Suspected minor-involved content must be reported immediately via /report or to the Hong Kong Police Force (22-777-7777).

11. 政策修訂 · Amendments

本政策可不時更新。重大變動會於本頁面顯示新版本號及最後更新日期；如變動影響法定權利或新類別資料的收集，本平台會於用戶下一次登入時主動提示。歷史版本可向 dpo@hk-141sex.com 索取。

This Notice may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and last-updated date; where a change affects statutory rights or expands the categories of data we collect, signed-in users will be prompted on next login. Historical versions are available on request from dpo@hk-141sex.com.
