香港目前 並無 與歐盟 GDPR 對應的 cookie 同意法例。 本平台仍按國際慣例運作 cookie 同意橫額，並提供逐類選擇。

Hong Kong has no dedicated cookie-consent regime equivalent to the EU GDPR. We nonetheless operate a per-category consent banner aligned with international best practice.

必要（一律啟用） · Necessary (always on)

維持平台基本運作必需，不可停用。包括：

Required for the platform to function. Cannot be disabled. Includes:

• age_verified — 記錄你已確認年滿 18 歲。30 天。
  Records you have confirmed you are 18+. 30 days.
• cookie_prefs — 記錄你於 cookie 橫額的選擇。12 個月。
  Records your cookie banner choices. 12 months.
• Session cookies — 已登入用戶的會話 token（14 天）。
  Session cookies for signed-in users (14 days).

分析（須同意） · Analytics (opt-in)

用於統計訪客數量及熱門頁面，預設停用。 僅在管理員於後台設定分析服務（如 Google Analytics）並經用戶同意後 才會啟用；屆時相關 cookie 會列於此處。

Used to count visits and popular pages. Disabled by default. Only fires when an administrator has configured an analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics) and the user has opted in via the banner; specific cookies will be listed here at that time.

行銷（須同意） · Marketing (opt-in)

用於相關廣告或廣告成效衡量，預設停用。 目前本平台並無部署第三方行銷追蹤器。

Used for relevant ads or ad-performance measurement. Disabled by default. No third-party marketing trackers are currently deployed.

3. 管理選擇 · Managing your choices

你可隨時清除瀏覽器中的 cookie_prefscookie 重設選擇 — 下次訪問時橫額會重新出現。亦可使用瀏覽器設定 (Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge：「網站設定」 > 「Cookies」 >「移除」) 逐個刪除本網域的 cookie。

You can change your choices at any time by clearing the cookie_prefscookie in your browser; the banner will reappear on your next visit. You may also remove all cookies for this domain via browser settings (Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge: “Site settings” > “Cookies” > “Remove”).

本平台目前不嵌入任何第三方 widget（無 Facebook、Twitter/X、 YouTube、Google Maps 嵌入），因此 不寫入任何第三方 cookie。如將來引入嵌入，本頁面將即時更新並列出相關 供應商及其 cookie 政策連結。

The platform currently embeds no third-party widgets (Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Google Maps), so no third-party cookies are set. If embedding is introduced in future, this page will be updated immediately to list the relevant providers and links to their cookie policies.

本政策可不時更新。重大變動會於本頁面顯示新版本號，並於同意橫額 重新觸發提示。
