1. Governing framework

This platform operates within the Hong Kong SAR. The age-verification of all persons depicted in listings and images is governed by the following principal statutes:

  • Prevention of Child Pornography Ordinance (Cap. 579) — prohibits the making, publication, distribution, importation, exportation or possession of any child pornography (material involving persons under 18 years of age).
  • Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap. 390 / COIAO) — the Class II / III classification regime for obscene and indecent articles.
  • Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 / PDPO) — governs the collection, retention, use and disclosure by this platform of any age-verification records.

2. Age-verification statement

All persons depicted in any listing or image on this platform were at least 18 years of age at the time the relevant content was created. Before accepting a listing, the platform requires the depicted person to verify age with a government-issued photographic identification document (Hong Kong Identity Card, passport, or equivalent), and retains a verification record. Records are held by the custodian named below and are governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

4. Scope and inspection

Age-verification records covering the period from [TO BE FILLED — start date] to the present are maintained by the custodian in electronic and/or paper form for every listing that has been published. Qualified law-enforcement or judicial authorities may inspect the records on reasonable prior notice during [TO BE FILLED] business hours. Requests from members of the public or the press must be submitted in writing to the custodian and are handled subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the platform's Privacy Notice.

5. Third-party content disclaimer

For content not produced by the platform directly (e.g. information compiled by the editorial team from public sources), the platform's role is limited to the indexing, storage, retrieval and formatting of such content. Any independent age-verification record-keeping obligation attaching to the original third-party content rests with the original producer; the platform will cooperate with takedown or supplementation upon valid notice.

6. CSAM zero-tolerance

The platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy on any content involving persons under 18. After manual review, listings confirmed as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are removed immediately and referred to the Hong Kong Police Force Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) and the relevant international authorities (including the NCMEC CyberTipline). To file a report, use the /report form; for emergencies dial 999.
