Easy to find from the MTR — convenience stores nearby for essentials, and soundproofing was better than expected, corridor and entrance felt private. In line with expectations.

First impression was tidy and welcoming — air conditioning was set comfortably, and soundproofing was better than expected, shower facilities were in good condition. Will note this venue for future reference.
