Arrived on time and was met politely — convenience stores nearby for essentials, air conditioning was set comfortably, and soundproofing was better than expected. In line with expectations.

Easy to find from the MTR — lighting was unobtrusive, the room was clean and well kept, and soundproofing was better than expected. A fair and pleasant visit overall.
