整體尚算可以，附近港鐵站約5分鐘步行，行人通道唔多人經過，私隱度令人放心。同介紹資料大致相符。

Smooth and unhurried session — shower facilities were in good condition, convenience stores nearby for essentials, and lighting was unobtrusive. Will note this venue for future reference.
