預約手續簡單，樓下夠靜唔擾民，私隱度令人放心，樓宇相對清靜唔多嘈。整體符合預期。

Easy to find from the MTR — corridor and entrance felt private, soundproofing was better than expected, and arrangement and timing were respected. In line with expectations.
