Arrived on time and was met politely — arrangement and timing were respected, building was quiet during the visit, and amenities matched the public description. Will note this venue for future reference.

Reception was professional — convenience stores nearby for essentials, soundproofing was better than expected, and corridor and entrance felt private. Would consider booking again.
